best-selling Kids & Teens books, as well as the Most Gifted and Most
Wished For books of the year—just in time for last-minute holiday
gifting. The Invention of Wings by Sue Monk Kidd is the
best-selling book overall and John Grisham’s latest novel Gray
Mountain comes in at number two. The Heroes of Olympus Book Five:
The Blood of Olympus by Rick Riordan is the best-selling Kids
& Teens book, followed by Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul
by Jeff Kinney. The Long Haul was also the Most Gifted book this
year, while All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr and Capital
in the Twenty-First Century by Thomas Piketty were the Most Wished
